Happy For No Reason
Can I truly be happy for no reason?
I am so excited to tell you that the answer is a resounding yes! I am a living proof that one can truly be happy in her innermost being despite circumstances.
You may ask, “Why should I trust you?” It’s because I’ve sunk into darkness in my life as well. I’ve had cancer, I was a victim of violent sexual acts, and I also experienced a severe car crash. What people may see as just cracks, I’ve found a way for it to be a place to let light in and from that have the seed of happiness grow.
How did I find that happiness?
With the help of a Shaman that I met in the Amazon jungle, I found out that happiness is actually built upon a foundation with three pillars on top of it. So, what is the Foundation of Happiness?
Foundation of Happiness
It's being able to take ownership of your own happiness, not relying on external circumstances. Yes, the power to truly transform your life is in your hands. After all, you are goddesses and knights. While you may not have control over what life throws at you, freedom really is found in how you react to it. Release grace and forgiveness and make peace with yourself.
